Income and Personal Liability

If income is earned using our referral program your are required to delare your income in accordance with the laws governing your place of residence, citizenship, federal or local laws.

Right to terminate Referral Status of Account

We have the right to terminate, alter or modify the account of anyone abusing our referal program.  We also reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discression and the referrer waives their right to arbitration the discretion.

Disclosure & Privacy

We never voluntarily disclose any user data by default.  In remote cases such as audit we may be required to share certain information as per juristictional legal requirments.  PayPal, Interac and Cheques may be used.  The payment processor will have a copy of all transactions and may disclose information in accordance to their policies.

Referral Expenditures

When a referrer runs advertising campaigns (or similar activity), the affiliate or referrer does so at their own risk.  We do not guarantee stock, availability or accessability.  Referring users accept 100% of the financial risk when using this program to generate store credits.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify the terms and condition including rates at any time without notice and at our discretion.
