Referral Rewards Help

About the referral program

The referral program allows you to refer freinds and earn a reward for doing so.  When you refer a customer not only do you help a horse attain the best skin and coat but you can earn Referral Rewards.  Instead of paying marketting companies we prefer to offer out customers an insentive to spead the word.  You will earn 8% from every customer you refer.   In additon you will receive your referral reward on your own orders!

How sign up for the referral program?

  1. Creating your own account in the store
  2. Navigate to "MY ACCOUNT" using under the user menu icon in the top right or at the bottom of the page under "My Account"
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the sccount section and see the "Refer Your Friends" Section and click on "Register for friend referrals"
  4. Select how you wish to register (with your name, email or both) and fill in the boxes.  Make sure to check the box that you have read and agree to the Referral Policy

How to I refer my friends?

  1. Navigate to "MY ACCOUNT" using under the user menu icon in the top right or at the bottom of the page under "My Account"
  2. Click on "Your Referrer Tracking Code"
  3. Follow the instructions provided on the tracking code page

Can you help me gain referrals?

Most certainly as we would love to help you out!  Send us an email from your registered account or use the Contact Us form.  Put in the title coupon request and we will create a custom coupon that can be used on our site to offer your friends a discount on thier first order and automatically link them directly to you.

How do I claim my referral rewards?

There is one method of claiming your referral rewards as they may only be applied to orders from our store

  1. Use your referral rewards when ordering a from our store.  This allows even the smallest referrer to take advantage of our program.  Referral rewards can be converted to store credits for use when purchasing a from our website.

How do I convert my referral rewards into store credits?

  1. Navigate to "MY ACCOUNT" using under the user menu icon in the top right or at the bottom of the page under "My Account"
  2. Under the "MY ORDERS" Section click on "Your Transactions"
  3. Notice the "Display Transactions" Drop down box.  (This box can display Store Credits or Referral Credits)
  4. Select Referral Credits from the drop down box
  5. You may now convert the Referral Credits to Store Credits
  6. Purchase any item from our store and your Store Credits will be automatically deducted from your cart total on checkout
